Kaffka Joins Barber Group

Seth Kaffka, a former loan officer at Community Bank of North Arkansas, just joined forces with Brandon Barber to become president of The Barber Group. Kaffka will oversee the day-to-day operations of the holding company, which houses Barber Properties, Barber Homes and the Barber Development construction division.
All of Barber’s land holdings will also be managed by the new group. That includes lots in the Fayetteville subdivisions of Clabber Creek, Deer Path Estates and Jackson Place, as well as undeveloped land projects in Centerton, Bentonville and Rogers.
The Barber group plans to offer more than 1,000 area lots to investors by the end of 2004. It’s also moving into 16,000 SF of new space in Springdale.
