Infrastructure at Waterford to Cost $6.5 Million
Just the entrance to posh neighborhood Waterford Estates alone will cost $1.5 million to build. Work on the gated Goshen community is under way, and the entrance is a mere smidgeon of the total $6.5 million to $7 million construction cost.
Developers Ronnie Hissom and Gary Combs said that’s the expected tab for infrastructure including a stepped water treatment plant for the 200-home development.
The subdivision was cut out of Hissom’s 750-acre Circle “H” Ranch along Arkansas Highway 45 and the White River.
Combs has recruited Peter Huder and Travis Fulton from Aspen, Colo., to design the fountain for the 6,000-SF entrance.
