Four Fayetteville developers plan to build a $20 million complex on 20 acres north of the city’s Boys & Girls Club.

John Nock said the development will include 330 condominiums. Construction should begin this winter.

Nock’s partners in the project, known as West Side Development, are Richard Alexander, Rob Merry-Ship and Brandon Barber.
