CDI Contractors LLC of Little Rock plans to open an office in Northwest Arkansas by the end of June. Heading up that office will be vice president Matt Bodishbaugh, the recently defected prominent local point man for Nabholz Construction Corp.
CDI’s office will be located in the Pinnacle Hills development at 5430 Walsh Lane.
Bob Laman, director of marketing for CDI will also be located in that office. Laman is the former director of the state building authority. He came to CDI in August 2003.
CDI already has plenty of homework in the area, as their two projects for the University of Arkansas — the UA Center for Academic Excellence and the Walker Business Center addition — are valued at a combined $33 million.
