Featherfest Changes Tune

Springdale is planning to move its annual FeatherFest celebration to a weekend in late May or early June after two years of April rains washing out the festival. A definite date has yet to be decided. Fayetteville’s SpringFest celebration was just as soggy this year and planners there might take heed to the plans of their fine feathered friends to the north.
