Steve and Ping Chen of Fort Smith have plans to build an 8,000-SF Brazilian-style steakhouse in Fayetteville’s CMN Business Park. It will be located next to the new Red Robin restaurant. The restaurant is still in the design stages but is projected to cost $1.6 million to build. The Chens also own a Shogun Steakhouse in Fort Smith.

The proposed name for the upscale eatery is Boi De Ouro. SSI Inc. is the general contractor.

First Security of Fayetteville is financing the construction. Ken Shireman & Associates of Fayetteville is the architect and CEI of Bentonville is engineering the site.
