Washington Care to Put Nursing Home in Har-Ber Meadows

Washington Care LLC is developing a 47,000-SF nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Har-Ber Meadows complex in Springdale. Rick Griffin of Fort Smith and Brandon Adams, Brian Adams and Boyd Wright, all of Conway, are partners in the company.
Washington Care bought the 5.15-acre site from Jones Investments for $898,000 in March. From what we’re told, that means the Jones Charitable Trust fund will grow even larger, since all the profits from Har-Ber Meadows property sales go straight there.
Site work recently started on the 140-bed facility that will be managed by Adams’ Reliant Health Care Management Company Inc. The project is valued at more than $5.6 million.
The facility should be complete in less than a year and will service medicare, medicaid and private patients in addition to providing in-house and outpatient rehabilitation services.
