Agracat Digs for Sale

We couldn’t help but notice recently that the headquarters for Agracat Inc., the Chinese tractor distributor in Farmington, were recently listed for sale with Lindsey & Associates Inc. The 5,000-SF facility sits on eight acres and is listed for $420,000.

If you remember, one of Agracat’s now apparently former employees, Melvin Robinson, was an associate of Jim Bolt and Golf Entertainment Inc. — the delisted Springdale penny stock. Robinson and Bolt filed a libel suit against the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal after two in-depth reports documented public records that detailed questionable activities by Golf.

Robinson has since dropped his suit, and Bolt’s claim is stayed because of his personal bankruptcy.
