It was barely raining on the night of Feb. 4 when television station NBC 24/51 ran a scroll across the bottom of the screen during its primetime broadcasts saying “If you leave the safety of being indoors, you are putting your life at risk.”
We thought that was just a bit sensational.
Snow and ice had been predicted, but we basically just got a little rain.
