Developer Charles Sloan has plans for another subdivision in Fayetteville.
His 40-acre Cross Keys, located at the intersection of Persimmon and 46th streets, will make its debut in front of the city’s planning commission on Jan. 12. The mid-priced homes will sit on 106 lots at 0.26 acres each.
Sloan is the developer of Fayetteville subdivisions Legacy Pointe and Copper Ridge.
