Restaurant Planned for UARK Bowl

Rob Merry-Ship, one of the developers of the UARK Bowl renovation on Fayetteville’s Dickson Street, said the owners are thinking about opening a restaurant and club in the building.

“We’re going to do something, but we haven’t put it all together yet,” he said in mid January.

Merry-Ship said he hopes the changes are in place by late March.

The building, which was originally constructed as a bowling alley, is currently leased only for special events. It is closed if no event is being held there.
