Lazenby Returns to Rainbow Curve

Bill Lazenby, owner of Lazenby Real Estate in Fayetteville, has land on the south side of Rainbow Curve in Bentonville under contract.
The 20-acre track apparently curves west along the primo real estate heading toward the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport in nearby Highfill.
Lazenby is buying the spot from Gary Combs, but the price has not yet been recorded.
Plans for the site include retail office space.
