Beverly Enterprises Inc. of Fort Smith on Oct. 2 said it has sold 13 southern California properties — 12 nursing homes and one assisted-living center — in undisclosed cash deals as part of its ongoing divestiture strategy.r
The nursing home chain sold the centers to AG SNF Real Estate LLC, a California real estate investment company. The facilities will be operated by Country Villa Health Services, which operates other eldercare facilities in southern California.r
