Tyson Foods Declares Quarterly Dividend

Tyson Foods Inc. of Springdale has declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share on its class “A” common stock and $0.036 per share on class B common stock.r

The dividends are payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 1.
