Morgan Stanley Opens North Fayetteville Office

Morgan Stanley’s new branch at 438 E. Millsap Road is now the largest brokerage in Fayetteville. The 7,000-SF office has 20 financial advisors and a support staff of eight. The firm held an open house for the new facility on Sept. 18 after relocating from downtown Fayetteville.r

Jim Wood, the firm’s vice president/ branch manager for Fayetteville, said about 200 people dropped by during the event.r

“We had one customers who said he’d been a client for eight years and never been to our office, so he was real pleased to see where his broker was calling from,” Wood said. r

It was nice to give everyone a chance to put a name with a face since nowadays so many relationships are conducted via telephone or e-mail.”r

Wood said the event included University of Arkansas dignataries and numerous members of the financial community.r

Morgan Stanley, the New York-based diversified financial services firm, has ten brokers in Rogers, eight in Fort Smith and two in Bella Vista.r
