Frisco Health Investments LP has chosen Bentonville to build a new health care facility. The seven-acre complex off Arkansas Highway 12 in the Rainbow Curve area will include a nursing home and an assisted-living facility. We hear it’s about a $5 million project but should be worth about $8 million upon completion.

Bob Krone will run the facility.

Frisco Health bought the land from John Cavness on June 2 for $475,000. Fayetteville’s Steve Jordan of Jordan & Associates is the architect, and Sand Creek Engineering & Landscape Architecture Inc. of Bentonville is the lead engineer.

Chris Compton, J.T. Compton, Jeff Smithers and some silent partners operate Frisco Health.
