Aaron Rents Inc. has moved from Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership store from a 7,000-SF space at 3196 College Avenue to an 8,400-SF space in Evelyn Hills, which opened in 1960 and is Fayetteville’s oldest shopping center.
The new store was set to open by Aug. 1, said Blane O’Banion, a leasing agent with Weingarten Realty Investors of Houston, which owns the 150,000-SF Evelyn Hills shopping center.
Orlando Maravilla is the manager of the Aaron’s store. He said the firm has had a store in Fayetteville since 1997.
Based in Atlanta, Aaron’s is the nation’s leader in the sales, lease ownership and rental of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics and home appliances.
