A new Web site called NWASubDivisions.com is expected to debut in mid June. It will profile local neighborhoods and provide information on minimum SF requirements, house price ranges, lot prices and amenities such as nearby parks, golf courses, restaurants and retail offerings.
Real Estate Market Data Inc. of Springdale, which is being spun out of Reed & Associates Inc. commercial appraisal business, is starting the site. Appraiser Tom Reed is president of the new firm and David Erstine, a market research analyst, is vice president.
NWASubDivisions.com will be marketed toward newcomers to the area. Visitors to the site will be able to search subdivisions using a variety of criteria such as size and geographic location.
