The Goggans Agency has closed its office at 74 W. Sunbridge Dr. in Fayetteville and laid off three employees in an effort to “better serve our clients,” Linda Goggans said.

She and her husband, Greg Goggans, have decided to run their advertising agency out of their home instead.

“It’s just that we didn’t need a storefront right now,” Linda Goggans said. “We have decided to become a virtual agency. It’s going to be so much better for our clients … The clients are not going to be able to tell the difference.”

Linda Goggans said one of the company’s former staffers will continue to work for the agency as a freelancer. And the company will hire other freelancers as the need arises.

“We’re going to have a much larger talent base than we had before,” she said.

The Goggans Agency was founded in Fayetteville in 1998.
