Former Times Publisher Dies

Alden H. Spencer of Des Plains, Ill., died April 20.
Spencer, 84, was publisher and general manager of the Northwest Arkansas Times of Fayetteville from 1975 to 1985.
Spencer moved from Fayetteville to Illinois last year because of health concerns and to be closer to his family.
