Best Sports Moves to Evelyn Hills

Guy Davis consolidated his two Fayetteville Best Sports stores into a larger central location in Evelyn Hills shopping center in early May.

A Best Sports store had been a fixture on Dickson Street for three decades before Davis closed that store to relocate to a 11,548-SF space in Evelyn Hills. The Best Sports at 2335 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville was also closed so the merchandise could be moved to the Evelyn Hills location. In addition to the new Fayetteville location, Best Sports also has a store at 401 S. Eighth St. in Rogers.

Best Sports is occupying space that previously served two buisnesses at Evelyn Hills. The move is expected to be a shot in the arm for Fayetteville’s oldest shopping center, which opened in 1960.

Evelyn Hills is owned by Weingarten Realty Investors of Houston.
