P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. of Tontitown on Feb. 19 said it had signed a “non-binding letter of intent” to acquire for cash certain assets of McNeill Trucking Co. of Little Rock.

McNeill operates about 125 tractors and 220 trailers.

PAM said it would not disclose additional details of the deal until it is completed “within 60 days.” The deal is subject to due diligence, negotiations and regulatory approvals.
