A pair of commercial real estate types have teamed up for a new venture: Lane Real Estate Services Inc. in Rogers.
The corporation represents a 50/50 venture between Steve Lane, a one-time exec in Wal-Mart’s real estate division (1992-96), and Ramsay Ball of Millennium Land & Building Co. in Little Rock.
“I met Steve Lane earlier this year, and we really hit it off,” said Ball, who will relocate to Northwest Arkansas.
The company is described as a full-service commercial real estate firm with brokerage, leasing, tenant representation, consulting services and property management.
The firm has exclusive representation for chains such as EB Games (Electronics Boutique) of Philadelphia and Hollywood Video of Wilsonville, Ore., in Arkansas and, in some cases, surrounding states.
