Baldor Electric Pays Out 13 Cents a Share

Fort Smith’s Baldor Electric Co. — which manufactures electric motors, drives and generators — in mid-November declared a regular quarterly cash dividend and announced promotions.
Baldor declared a dividend of 13 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Jan. 3 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 13.
The company also said it promoted Terry B. King to vice president of linear motors and generators and Tracy L. Long to treasurer and assistant secretary.
Both promotions take effect Jan. 1.
