$2.3 Million Endowment Fund Established by Jones Family

The Northwest Arkansas Community Foundation has a new community trust fund under its wing totaling $2.3 million. The fund has been established by the Jones family as the Harvey and Bernice Jones Community Fund.
Bernice Jones, Joel Carver and Dan Ferritor are the fund advisers. All three serve as trustees of the Jones Family Trusts. The fund advisers will be actively involved with the Community Foundation staff in decisions on which organizations receive grants from their fund. Managers of both the Community Foundation and the CommunityCare Foundation Inc. are serving as managers of the new endowment.
