Marlin and Gail Holm have a unique deal for businesses needing espresso machines. They will provide a machine free of charge for restaurants and coffee shops to use as long as they buy other products, like coffee and tea, from the Holms’ business.

Through Lakeside Espresso Inc., the Holms offer espresso, regular and decaffeinated American coffee, lemon tea, and five flavored syrups. Except for the American coffee, the rest of their coffee is provided by Espresso Italia of Italy.

Marlin Holm said what makes his product unique is the fact that unlike many large and cumbersome espresso machines, his measures a mere 10-by-10-by-13 inches high.

“It takes up the counter space of a phone book,” he said.

The machines also use 110-volt electrical outlets and require no special plumbing.

The Holms currently have five machines in use and plan on doubling that in the next few months.

Lakeside Espresso also rents esprsso machines for parties and other events.
