Lindsey, Elsass Continue Building in Bentonville

L&E Equity Investments, consisting of John David Lindsey and Kirk Elsass, on July 2 secured 12 loans totaling $1.28 million from Arvest Mortgage to build more homes at two Bentonville subdivisions.
Seven of the new homes are at Kristyl Heights subdivision in southwest Bentonville. Those homes will range from 1,550-1,700 SF and will be priced from $90,000-$120,000.
Woodworks Plus Inc. of Farmington and Lance Johnson Builders of Springdale have built homes at Kristyl Heights for L&E.
Five new homes also are slated for Maidstone subdivision. Those homes will range from 1,700-2,000 SF and will be priced from $140,000-$150,000.
