Dan and Jacqueline Hinkson of Springdale on June 12 got two loans totaling $420,000 from First Security Bank of Springdale to build two new homes at a Rogers subdivision.
The new homes will be in phase I of Bent Tree of Rogers, a 127-home subdivision. Dallas-based developer Randy Winski and Mike Philip of Fayetteville are partners on the subdivision. They said Bent Tree will offer a traditional family atmosphere with many amenities, including high-speed Internet access, LAN-wired homes and variable home wiring and network configurations.
The lots are oversized with 20 cul de sac lots and 21 corner lots.
