Lowell-based Cannon Express Inc. dismissed Arthur Andersen LLP as its independent auditor on June 11, according to a form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company hired Tullius Taylor Sartain & Sartain of Tulsa to be its new independent auditor for the year ending June 30. The accounting firm also operates a large Fayetteville office.
According to the filing, there were no disagreements between Cannon Express and Arthur Andersen during the two years ended June 30, 2001, or during the interim period ended March 31.
