Rogers Developer Continues Shadow Valley Development

Judy Enderle of Rogers recently purchased a pair of building permits valued at a combined $368,968 to build two more homes at Shadow Valley subdivision.
Shadow Valley is south of Pinnacle Country Club in west Rogers. The 514-acre golf community west of the Pleasant Grove Road/Interstate 540 intersection is a Charles Reaves development.
The newest homes are at 5070 and 5080 Strathmore St.
Shadow Valley will include a championship 18-hole golf course, which is expected to be completed late this summer.
