Copper Creek Addition Gets Five New Homes

C&S Custom Homes Inc., comprised of Dan Cobb of Springdale and Gary Streigler of Fayetteville, on April 30 got five loans totaling $1.23 million from Arvest Bank to add homes at a northeast Fayetteville subdivision.
Copper Creek is an 81-lot subdivision being developed by Gary Brandon of Springdale. It is near the Fayetteville-Springdale line on Arkansas Highway 265 north of the Fayetteville-Springdale Elks Lodge. While Copper Creek is in Fayetteville’s city limits, it is in Springdale’s school district.
Homes at Copper Creek will average from 2,500-3,500 SF each.
