Partners Phil Phillips, Gerald Johnston, Tom Muccio and Ben Israel plan to close on a $5.55 million deal June 26 to purchase the majority of a Fayetteville business complex.
The men are buying 14 buildings totaling 56,000 SF at Sunbridge Center just east of Gregg Avenue. They are currently owned by Dick, George and Thomas Keating of Keating Enterprises Inc.
Israel’s Dixie Management Co. will manage the property.
