On May 23, shareholders of Fort Smith-headquartered Beverly Enterprises Inc. elected John C. Adams, Beryl F. Anthony, William R. Floyd, John D. Fowler, James R. Greene, Edith E. Holiday, John P. Howe, James W. McLane, Don L. Seeley and Marilyn R. Seymann to the board of directors.
Board members are elected annually.
The health care company, which operates more than 700 facilities, also tentatively set its 2003 shareholder’s meeting for May 22.
