Lindsey & Associates, headquartered in Fayetteville with a branch office in Rogers, is once again the top residential real estate firm in the state.
Lindsey had $312 million in sales volume for 2001, an incredible $82 million leap from its previous year’s total that also led the state.
The top three firms in the state were all from the Northwest Arkansas market. Harris McHaney Realtors of Rogers was No. 2 with $237 million. Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate of Fayetteville was No. 3 at $220 million.
Other Northwest Arkansas firms making the state’s top 20 included: No. 11 Re/Max Associates Inc. of Fayetteville ($79.7 million); No. 13tDykes Bassett Mix & Associates Inc. ($73.1 million); No. 15 Cooper Communities Inc. of Bella Vista ($63.6tmillion); No. 18 Griffin Co. Realtors of Springdale ($58.1 million).
