Tulsa-based Sequoyah Technologies, an application development and integration company, has launched a new publication geared toward regional technology professionals. Sequoyah, which also operates a North Little Rock office, plans to publish its IT Solutions & Strategies six times per year on an every-other-month schedule.

Sheri Pfautz, Sequoyah’s public relations director, said the niche publication’s first issue was distributed in January to “more than 2,600 technology decision-makers, company owners and CEOs” in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.

Reporting in the 12-page publication will center on technical case studies from the four-state area. It also will highlight emerging trends, product reviews and area technology events and seminars.

Subscriptions to IT Solutions & Strategies are free. Sequoyah, available on the Internet at www.seqtek.com, is selling advertising space in the new publication for about $480 per quarter page and $1,375 per full page.

The product is being printed by Adventure Publishing of Tulsa, and neighbor Cooper Marketing Solutions is adding supplemental editorial and design work.

Sequoyah President Kurt D. Green said in a prepared news release that IT Solutions & Strategies is “a means for a widespread transfer of the technical knowledge and expertise [Sequoyah] has acquired through the years.”

Sequoyah offers a variety of services including network infrastructure and Internet security, e-business strategy consulting, enterprise systems integration, Web application development, and Internet design and development.

The company’s 1,600 SF North Little Rock office includes two full-time employees, and five additional consultants work out of that facility as clients’ needs dictate.
