Edgewater Promotes Hall to Vice President

Edgewater Technology Inc. of Wakefield, Mass., formerly part of StaffMark Inc. of Fayetteville, announced on March 20 that William Hall had been promoted to vice president of consulting services.
For the past two years, Hall served as Edgewater’s South Central regional manager based in the company’s Little Rock office.
In his new role, Hall will continue to be responsible for leading the South Central team.
n A group including investor Mario Gabelli increased its stake in Edgewater Technology to 12.6 percent.
In an April 5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it beneficially holds 1.5 million common shares of Edgewater after selling 17,200 shares and buying 137,597 between Feb. 27 and April 4 at prices ranging from $3.73 to $4.30 per share.
On Feb. 28, the group reported an 11.58 percent stake in the company.
