Ang Caters from Corky?s
Susan Ang of Fayetteville has been using the kitchen at Corky’s Ribs & BBQ in Fayetteville as home base for a catering operation she started in October.
Ang’s cooking features southeast Asian cuisine and ranges in price from $3 for the vegetarian spring rolls appetizer to $10 for the salmon with ginger entrée and Shrimp Pad Thai.
Ang is the author of five books: “Secret Vegetarian Recipes From the Orient,” “A Simple Approach to Nutrition and Exercise” with Dr. Ro DiBrezzo, “A New Adventure in Healthy Eating: Tofu,” “East Meets West: Two Cultures Combine” with Donita Clark, and “The Cake & Ice Cream Diet” with Melissa Johnson.
