TDS Moving to Fiberpark

Tim Stanley, owner of Total Document Solutions in Fayetteville, has signed a deal to become the first tenant adjacent to the second incarnation of Fayetteville’s fiberpark. Construction for the Arkansas Business Technology Park, located off Interstate 540 between Moore Road and Arkansas Highway 112, is expected to start this fall. Stanley has signed an intent to lease 4,900-SF at 2512 N. Shiloh Dr. which borders the new park.
A consolidation of Stanley’s three Fayetteville offices, the project will entail $150,000 worth of renovations including adding service and show room entrances.
Stanley said he’s the first firm in his sector to be on I-540.
