Carbajal Opens Second Bakery

In late October, Rafael Carbajal opened a Carbajal’s Bakery in Rogers’ Village on the Creeks shopping center.
The store is the second for Carbajal, who opened his first bakery at 414 S. Arkansas Ave. in Rogers five years ago.
Carbajal said the new store, located in a 1,200 SF space in Village on the Creeks, produces a variety of goods including breads, cakes, pastries and cookies.
Carbajal’s Bakery makes everything from Mexican-style pastries to Italian cannolis and cheesecakes.
Carbajal said he also is producing a three-milk cake new to Northwest Arkansas residents.
If things go well at the second location, Carbajal said he may open a bakery in Springdale.
