Larry Waschka, president of Waschka Capital Investments of Little Rock and a nationally recognized authority on the stock market, was so taken with Rogers’ Pinnacle Point commercial development recently that he’s interested in opening a branch office there.
The registered investment advisor was the featured speaker Oct. 18 at the grand opening celebration for VeriSource LLC, a technology solutions firm that functions as a chief technology officer for its clients. He gave two free talks about the role of technology in the market and offered visitors advice on investments.
Waschka said the 2.5 gigabytes of connectivity available to tenants at Pinnacle Point, thanks to its Optical Cable 48 spur off Alltel Corp.’s OC192 fiber backbone, makes it uniquely attractive for financial services industry types who need mucho bandwidth.
No time table has been set for the expansion, but based on Waschka’s smile his northwest invasion is most likely only a matter of time.
He has authored “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Getting Rich” and “Ten Stocks That Could Change the World.” This year he was recognized by Worth magazine as one of its Top 250 Advisors in the Country and Mutual Funds magazine named him as one of its 100 Great Financial Planners.
