Walker Getting Bizys in East Fayetteville

Kirby Walker began construction in October on Bizys Express Cafe in Fayetteville’s Crossroads Shopping Center. The 3,500-SF “fast casual restaurant” is scheduled to open by spring.
Walker, owner of Noodles Italian Kitchen in Fayetteville, said Bizys could be described as an American grill where orders are placed at the counter rather than at the table. Entrées for lunch will range from $4-$7 in price.
The menu will include salads, chicken tenders, chicken fried steak, grilled chicken breast, hamburgers, homemade french fries and onion rings, loaded baked potatoes, baby back ribs and grilled fresh fish.
Bizys will seat 125 diners inside and another 16 on the patio. The restaurant will be open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner.
Bizys will be located on an out-parcel at Crossroads Shopping Center, at the corner of Arkansas Highways 265 and 45 (Crossover Road and Mission Boulevard).
NIK, LP, (Noodles Italian Kitchen, Limited Partnership) will own and operate Bizys, and Walker is the operating partner.
Walker previously owned Kirby’s Grill and Bakery in Fayetteville. That location is now home to Shorty Small’s.
