United Bank Names New President

Jeff Lynch became president of United Bank in Springdale on a day that was especially significant for him.
“It was my mother’s birthday,” Lynch said, “so even though it was a crazy day I had to find time to call her.”
Lynch had been senior vice president and area loan manager at Arvest McIlroy Bank in Fayetteville.
A native of Benton, Lynch is 38. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has been in the banking business since 1983.
Former United Bank president Hank Breshears has been promoted to president and CEO of United Bank Holding Group. Craig Young, formerly the holding company president, will work in the same capacity but have a new title.
