Great Northwest Development — consisting of J.B. Hunt, Tim Graham, Gary Combs, Carla Tyson and Bill Schwyhart — has several options for developing the 74-acre tract of land on the northeast corner of the intersection at Interstate 540 and New Hope Road in Rogers.
The land, which encompasses the former Tale of the Trout restaurant, has been physically cleared, but the plans for the acreage are awaiting word from the Rogers Planning Commission on how it will be zoned.
One of the possibilities includes two upscale, 16-story condominium buildings.
