Sisters Reba Sisco and Randi Scott opened Silks Abloom to furnish Northwest Arkansas with silk interior design accents. The 2,500-SF shop in Fayetteville retails silk trees, plants and floral arrangements. Home accessories, including antiques, plant containers, lamps and candles, are also available.

The faux flower shop marks the first business partnership between the siblings. To split the duties, Sisco manages the financial responsibilities of the business, and Scott creates the product.

Scott has more than 10 years of design experience, having attended the Shelton-White School of Floral Design in Memphis.

Sisco said professional offices and large-home owners will be most interested in Silks Abloom’s products. Clients can also ask the sisters to visit their home or office to make a recommendation for an arrangement.

Sisco wouldn’t disclose the business’ start-up costs.
