Meat, Seafood Market Opens in Bentonville

Anne and Richard Cantor opened Bentonville Meat and Seafood Co. in mid-May at 113 W. Central Ave.
The two, who previously worked in the headquarters of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., sell choice beef and seafood that’s flown in fresh two to three times a week, Anne Cantor said.
She said they’re not competing with Wal-Mart since the Bentonville-based retailer no longer has butchers at its stores.
The 4,000-SF store on the downtown Bentonville square will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
