Northwest Arkansas Paper Co., which was founded in Springdale in 1967, has moved its operations from Springdale to Little Rock. The firm closed its local office April 6.

NAPCO employed between 100 and 200 people according to the Springdale Chamber of Commerce.

The firm, founded by the late Charles Gray Sr., is now run by his son, William Gray. NAPCO makes numerous products, including janitorial, restaurant, packaging and retail supplies.
