Keating Joint Venture on Dec. 7 got a loan of $1.5 million from Bank of Arkansas in Fayetteville to build three commercial buildings at Sunbridge Center.

Dick, George and Thomas Keating of Keating Joint Venture will have three buildings of 21,000-22,000 SF on a two-lot tract at the east side of Sunbridge Center.

Completion of the project is expected in April. Sunbridge Center is just off N. Gregg Street in Fayetteville.
