Forty Under 40: Hunter Haynes
At 23, Hunter Haynes is the youngest honoree in this year’s class. But with a management portfolio of more than 1 million SF of office space throughout Northwest Arkansas, he was an easy selection.
Haynes, a Memphis native, manages property through 25 different limited liability companies, including offices at Rogers’ luxurious Pinnacle Point. He secures financing for projects involving both Pinnacle Point LLC and the development firm Haynes Limited, managing tenant leasing, construction and establishing long-term financing for completed projects.
He recently parked Pinnacle Point’s largest mortgage, an $8.5 million note, with the Arkansas Teacher Retirement Fund to lock in favorable rates. Although his career has been “baptism by fire,” Haynes said he enjoys helping tenants maximize their budgets.
“Whether it’s working with small tenants like Country Creek Farms, which has 1,700 SF at Pinnacle Point, or VeriSource which has 6,500 SF,” Haynes said, “the satisfaction is knowing they’re happy with the space and proud to be there.”
Haynes attended both Ole Miss and the University of Arkansas before becoming a sales executive in 1999 for CustomMicro Systems in Fayetteville. He received MicroSoft Certified Systems Engineer training while at CustomMicro that prepared him to also serve Pinnacle Point as a technology consultant.
