Geoffrey Brown of GB Restaurants Inc. on Dec. 18 got an $850,000 loan from Arvest McIlroy Bank to build a restaurant in Fayetteville.
Brown, of Rogers, will open his second Fazoli’s Italian Restaurant in Northwest Arkansas when he finishes a 3,300-SF building at 3035 N. College Ave., just south of Goldie’s Patio Grill. The plan is for the restaurant to open in early April.
Fazoli’s opened at 1735 W. Walnut St. in Rogers in July 1999.
