Businesses Moving to Wood Wise Location

Mitchell Massey of Massey Holdings LLC on Dec. 18 secured a loan of $420,000 from Arvest McIlroy Bank to begin construction on two projects in north Springdale.
Hydraulic Solutions Inc. and Tote The Note, both owned by Mitchell Massey, will be moving to the 3.2-acre site occupied by Wood Wise Enterprises Inc. at 1375 U.S. Highway 71-B North. Wood Wise will lease its building until June 1, the day renovations will begin on the project.
Massey’s Creative Home Designs will be the contractor for the projects.
A 4,000-SF building will house Tote The Note, an in-house financing used-car lot that expects to keep about 200 automobiles on site. That business hopes to open this year.
Hydraulic Solutions will move in to a 10,500-SF building this summer, adding on to and renovating the existing 2,500-SF facility Wood Wise is using. Hydraulic Solutions, which also has a business in Gainesville, Ga., services the poultry industry.
